The daughter of immigrants, Eloise comes from a strong working class background. She worked in the onion fields since age 12 to buy clothes for school and worked up to 3 jobs to get through college and law school. She is now a small business owner who has worked hard for the benefit of her clients and her community.

U.S. House of Representatives – California’s 31st Congressional District – Challenger. Eloise is the only woman in the five-way Primary race.The top two candidates from the Primary will advance to the General Election.

When Eloise opened her law office in San Bernardino, she was the first Latina ever to have done so.

Eloise has worked as an attorney for 30 years representing working families and injured workers. She has also volunteered with Legal Aid for over 25 years.

Eloise is a founding Board member of the Inland Empire Community Health Center in Bloomington and is on the Executive Board of the Children's Spine Foundation.

Eloise has been endorsed by Congressman Xavier Becerra, Chairman of the House Democratic Caucus and the fourth-ranking House Democrat.
